Product Description

How to make a delicious creme brulee?

1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees C.

2. Pour the 80g sugar and a little vanilla extract into 800g milk, heat and stir until melts.

3. Whisk up 6 whole eggs and 2 egg yolks with the blender (lightly, otherwise there will be a lot of bubbles)

4. Stir the egg mixture while pouring the milk to make it evenly mixed.

5. Pour this mixture into the ramekin dish and fill the baking pan with hot water. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, checking every 10 minutes after 35-40 minutes.

6. Refrigerate them at least 2 hours will be more delicious.

7. Sprinkle a thin layer of the light sugar on the top of each. Use a kitchen blowtorch to evenly melt and caramelize the sugar.
