Like most stories, the birth of this idea occurred after a low point. A point were I questioned, doubted, and held great mistrust for my intuition. Every method and tool I tried failed me which in turn had me feeling like the root of all my problems. My belief that problems were an isolated event that don't feed into each other was a lesson I had to unlearn time and time again the hard way. IMPOWERMENT is here to show you how to connect the dots with compassion and patience. Let it all come together the loving way.

I am a first generation Latina born from immigrant parents. I have a physical disability. I am queer. I am an only child. All of these influences are a part of me but are not all of me. I created IMPOWERMENT to get support those who are willing to journey through their internal and external worlds and ask the ground breaking questions, unravel limiting beliefs, dismantle generational trauma, and support their new budding identities of who they choose to be and not what was given to them. We do have a choice to pick up the bone that was thrown to us or step over it and walk away. 

1. There is no one size fits all. There is no magic method or tool. This is about pouring time and effort into finding what are the small inner workings that will make the whole work. Every root supports the tree.
2. Once the internal work commences and progresses your external world will start to shift as well like a domino affect. Your mood, energy, and outlook elevation will start the formation of new habits and rituals. You will start WANTING to change how you nourish yourself, your body, your mind. Sleep schedule, content consumption, nutrition, movement, a clear space and MUCH more will feed into one another like a river to a lake to an ocean.
3. Your image of yourself may change as well. A certain vision will be unlocked with a liberated mind at the forefront. We believe expression through style & garments is the closest daily act of art and vulnerability for a majority of the population. How you dress speaks volumes and we want to listen. We believe after such a convoluted and complex journey, your style will be the cherry on top of the wonderful new foundation you have built for your Inner and external world.
