Please measure your waist with a tape measure, and then refer to the size chart to choose the right size for you.

Can I wear this for long periods of time?

It is not recommended to use for more than 30 minutes at the beginning. You can start wearing it for 15-20 minutes a day, then gradually extend the amount of time wearing it by 10-20 minutes and increase to 1 hour each day.
